Terms

Who can use it

• Players must be 13 or older for film review and coaching.
• If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, send the film and manage the account. By doing so they confirm they agree to these terms for the player.
• One account per person. You sign in with a code sent to your email; keep access to that inbox safe.

What you're buying

• Guard Breakdown and Custom Session: Olin reviews the film you send and delivers a recorded breakdown with notes, within the time stated at checkout, counted from when your film arrives. Each includes one follow-up question.
• The Dojo Membership: the members' video library, the written eCourses as downloads, and new member content as it's published.
• Dojo Coaching: everything in the Membership, plus a weekly plan, clip feedback from Olin and his staff (aimed at within 48 hours), a private message thread, and one full Guard Breakdown each calendar quarter. Seats are limited.
• eCourses: digital files for you and your household.

Payment and renewals

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Memberships renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time under Manage billing in your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown before you pay. If a price for your plan changes, we'll email you before your next renewal.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Training safely

Coaching is education, not medical advice. Basketball training carries a risk of injury. Warm up, train within your limits, and check with a doctor before starting if you have an injury or health condition. You (or, for a minor, the parent or guardian) take responsibility for how and where the training is done.

We don't promise any result: not a roster spot, a scholarship, a ranking or a pro contract.

Your film and messages

• You keep ownership of the film you send. You give us permission to store it and review it to coach you.
• We never publish your film or your breakdown. We only show one as a sample with written permission from you (and a parent or guardian for a minor).
• Only send film you have the right to share. Don't send film of other people in a way that would embarrass or harm them.
• You can ask us to delete your film at any time; see the Privacy policy.

Our content

Courses, videos, plans and breakdowns are for the buyer's personal use. Please don't copy, resell, post or share them. Downloads carry the buyer's name. Members' video links expire and only work in your account.

Conduct and ending access

Be respectful with Olin and his staff. We may suspend or close an account that shares paid content, abuses staff or misuses the service. If we close an account without a good reason under these terms, we refund the unused part of any prepaid membership.

Liability

We provide the service with care, but as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email members about material changes. California law applies.
