Refund policy

Guard Breakdown and Custom Session

• Before you send your film: full refund, no questions.
• After you send your film: Olin's review has started, so we can't refund it.
• If we're late: if your breakdown isn't delivered within the time stated at checkout (5 business days for a Guard Breakdown, 10 for a Custom Session, counted from when your film arrives), you get a full refund on request.
• Every delivered breakdown includes one follow-up question, so you can ask about anything that wasn't clear.

The Dojo Membership and Dojo Coaching

• Cancel any time: sign in, press Manage billing, cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund part of a month or year you've already started.
• Annual plans: if you cancel within 7 days of an annual charge, we refund that charge in full.
• The quarterly Guard Breakdown included with Dojo Coaching has no separate charge, so there's nothing to refund for it.

eCourses

• Written courses download straight away. If a file won't open or is missing pages, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
• Pre-orders: full refund any time before the course opens.

How to ask

Email osimplis@gmail.com or reply to your receipt with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

If something's wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. We answer, and it's faster for you.
