Privacy

What we collect

• Account: your email, and your name if you give it. Sign-in records (time, IP address, browser) to keep accounts secure.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Coaching: the film you upload or link, the player details you enter (name, age, level, position, goals), your messages, follow-up questions, weekly plans and breakdowns.
• Email list: if you ask for a free guide or early access, your email and what you asked for.
• Cookies: one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and a note in your browser so the free-guide invitation doesn't keep reappearing. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, coach you, sign you in, send receipts and messages you asked for, handle refunds and disputes, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We email you about your account and orders; marketing emails only if you joined the list, with an unsubscribe link in each one.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe: payments, receipts, billing portal.
• Vercel: website hosting and private file storage for film.
• Neon: the account and coaching database.
• Resend: sign-in codes and account emails.
• Mux: members' videos and private breakdown videos.
• Google: our email-list sheet, and YouTube when you press play on a public video (YouTube's privacy-enhanced player loads only then).

Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.

Young players

Film review and coaching are for players 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. For players under 18, a parent or guardian makes the purchase and manages the account, and can ask us at any time to see or delete the player's information and film.

How long we keep it

Account, purchase and coaching records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your film and your account at any time. Records we must keep by law (like payment records) are kept for the required period, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Email osimplis@gmail.com from the email on your account; we may ask you to confirm it's you. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Security

Sign-in uses one-time codes, sessions can be signed out everywhere, film is stored privately, and paid videos play only through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
